IGNITION WIRE SET

IGNITION WIRE SET

An ignition Wire, also commonly known as a spark plug wire, high-tension wire, or HT wire, is a critical component in an internal combustion engine’s ignition system. These specialized electrical cables serve as the vital connection between the ignition coil (or distributor) and the spark plugs, carrying high-voltage electrical current—often ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 volts—to generate the spark necessary for fuel combustion.

Unlike standard electrical wires, ignition leads are engineered to withstand extreme conditions. They must insulate against the extraordinarily high voltages traveling through them while simultaneously resisting heat, oil, chemicals, vibration, and electromagnetic interference. The construction typically consists of a conductive core (either carbon-impregnated fiber, copper, or stainless steel wire), surrounded by multiple layers of insulation—usually silicone rubber or EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer)—and protected by an outer jacket designed to resist environmental degradation.

The core’s resistance is carefully calibrated to suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI) that could disrupt a vehicle’s electronic systems, including radio reception, engine control modules, and sensitive sensors. Modern ignition leads strike a delicate balance: providing sufficient conductivity for reliable spark generation while incorporating enough resistance to prevent electrical noise that can cause drivability issues or damage to electronic components.

WORK SHOP

Rubber Mixing Workshop

Equipped with large-scale rubber open mills manufactured in Taiwan, integrating internal mixing, open milling, and sheeting processes for high production efficiency.

Injection Molding Workshop
Equipped with seven units of various production machinery, including a 300-ton large-scale automatic rubber injection molding machine, a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) injection molding machine, and a Bakelite injection molding machine.

Cable Workshop
Equipped with two steam-pipe vulcanization production lines, the facility is a domestic pioneer in applying this technology to the manufacture of automotive high-voltage cables. Its products have successfully replaced imports from Europe and the US and serve as Tier 2 components for multiple OEMs, including Chery, Geely, and Kia.

Assembly Workshop
The workshop features four assembly lines and one pre-assembly line. With 10 years of experience producing ignition wire set in partnership with various enterprises, we utilize world-class automated assembly technology. The process involves dozens of production steps and rigorous quality control at every stage, ensuring the high quality of the finished products.

Mold Workshop
We perform 3D design based on customer-provided samples or drawings. Utilizing standard LMK mold bases and supported by equipment such as CNC lathes, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and wire-cut EDM, we efficiently handle the entire process—from product development and design to mold manufacturing—delivering fast and convenient service to our customers.

Testing Center
The testing center conducts rigorous testing on every batch of raw materials and finished products to ensure that product quality meets customer requirements.
