Our products are suitable for Volkswagen, Peugeot, Citroën, Renault, Ford, Chevrolet, MG, Trumpchi, BYD, Chery, and other models, and are exported to the Middle East, North America, South America, Europe, and other countries and regions.
Our products are supplied to and serve many well-known automotive brands, and we have passed ISO9001/IATF16949 quality system certification. The company will further deepen its quality management, establish and improve its management system, and continuously meet the diverse requirements of our customers.
WORK SHOP
Raw Materials: For our bumpers, we use PP material with an average price of around 8,000-10,000 RMB per ton, while our competitors use PP material priced at 4,000-6,000 RMB per ton. For the grille, we use virgin ABS180 material. Higher-quality materials offer better stability and toughness, and also affect the quality of subsequent painting and electroplating.
Our company boasts strong technical capabilities, advanced design concepts and R&D capabilities, and possesses a CAD and CAM manufacturing center, a large-scale gantry machining center from Taiwan, NTC laser equipment from Japan, large-scale hydraulic production lines, injection molding equipment ranging from 100 to 20,000 grams, die-casting equipment, and other production equipment. We also have comprehensive testing methods, including a light distribution testing system, an airtightness tester, a high and low temperature test chamber, a salt spray test chamber, a vibration test chamber, and other testing equipment.
All our products are manufactured in-house, Our mold development costs are among the highest in the industry. We use higher-quality steel, resulting in molds that are less prone to deformation. This ensures our products are durable, fit perfectly, and are resistant to deformation. Most of our products include pre-installed radar mounting positions and brackets consistent with the original vehicle’s design. We also independently design transport brackets to minimize damage during transportation.
