For twenty years, WAP have been dedicated to the research and development and production of automotive high-voltage ignition wires. 

We currently have 170 employees, a technical management team of 9 people, and occupy an area of ​​6,500 square meters, including a cable production line workshop, a rubber production workshop, a rubber sheath vulcanization production workshop, and an assembly workshop.

 Our automotive ignition wire assemblies and rubber components are exported to Russia, South Korea, Peru, Türkiye, and other countries and regions.

WORK SHOP

The core of Spark Plug Wire Set is the bulk cable extrusion . The cable workshop has two sole domestic continuous steamed pipeline vulcanizing production lines, with a daily comprehensive productivity of various lines in 25,000 meters. The products meet customers’ diverse demands on core type, diameter, material, resistance, color etc. 

The assembly workshop has full-automatic assembly lines and automatic packaging lines, cooperating with all-in-one machine for wire cutting, stripping and terminal crimping, assembly workshop can produce 10,000 sets Ignition Wire Sets per day. The independently developed glue dispenser, automatic resistor assembly machine and other jig and fixture have greatly improved the production efficiency.

To ensure the quality of products, according to SAE-J2032 and ISO3808 standards, the testing center applys the rubber vulcanization machine, Mooney viscometer, high-voltage breakdown tester, thermal shock tester and other equipments to the strict testing of raw materials and product performance. The waterproof vibration meter, simulated ignition tester, reverse electronic measuring instrument, sealed leakage detector and others provide a strong guarantee for the new product development.

The liquid silicone rubber molding workshop  adopts the Austrian ENGEL L.S.R molding  machine, which not only meets the demand  of BMW, Mercedes Benz and other highend models, but also produces O-CORE and  other over-mold products with a unilateral  thickness of only 0.15mm.

There are six advanced plastic injection  machines in this plastic injection workshop,  specializing in the production of PBT, UP, PPS  and other plastic parts, supplying important  components to the insulation system.
