The company has successively passed ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality system certifications, ISO14001 environmental certification, Ford Q1 certification, and SAIC-GM QSB certification, demonstrating strong quality assurance capabilities.
Our spark plugs currently offer 136 series and over 2000 varieties. They have won the National Quality Silver Award, and our trademark has been recognized as a provincial famous trademark. We supply major domestic OEMs such as Shanghai GM, Changan Ford, and Shenyang Mitsubishi, and our products are sold to more than 50 countries and regions, including the United States, and have entered General Motors’ global sales and after-sales system.
Our company supplies spark plugs to numerous domestic and international automobile, motorcycle, gasoline engine, and gas engine manufacturers, and is a mainstream supplier for the domestic OEM, after-sales, and export markets. In addition to automobiles, our spark plugs are widely used in motorcycles, small gasoline engines, large national oil fields, and gas-powered equipment. Our product and market structure is as follows: exports account for 30%, OEM parts for 40%, and repair and after-sales service for 30%.

Simultaneously, the company has fully introduced manufacturing technology from GM Corporation of the United States, and possesses automated assembly lines from Delphi Corporation and Boda Corporation, importing complete sets of production equipment, technology, and patents, thus rapidly enhancing its overall competitiveness.
The company emphasizes technological research and development, possessing a leading professional spark plug R&D institution in the industry—the Spark Plug Research Institute. To keep pace with international spark plug development trends, the company employs experts in the United States and Japan for technical guidance and services, strengthening its R&D capabilities. In particular, the iridium and platinum spark plugs launched in recent years have made the company one of the few manufacturers internationally to master the production technology of iridium and platinum spark plugs, possessing pilot production capabilities and supplying them to OEMs.
Systematic research has been conducted on the core materials, structural design, key processes and manufacturing equipment of spark plugs for turbocharged direct injection engines. Significant achievements have been made, including the T95 high-performance alumina ceramic insulator, the world’s first secondary grinding equipment for spark plug insulators, the first 80Mpa isostatic press for spark plug insulators in China, and the first high-temperature roller kiln and sintering process in China, which have filled many technical gaps in the industry.
